We are looking for

Corporate Finance Analyst

to support our Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate finance duties, including treasury, investor relations, financial analysis and equity capital market transactions
• Maintain corporate banking structure activities such as modifying bank signatories, account opening and closure
• Assist in arranging banking facilities and KYC inquiries
• Coordinate with banks and intercompany entities for daily funding arrangement
• Assist the execution of FX hedging strategy
• Produce cash flow analysis and cash balance report
• Assist in yield enhancement on excess cash
• Conduct market research on industry, exchange rate, and regulations
• Prepare financial analysis on Group’s performance
• Provide administrative support for corporate finance team
• Any ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years working experience, preferably relevant experience in corporate treasury or finance industry
• Professional qualification of CPA/CFA will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience with SAP, Bloomberg and banks’ internet banking platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical mind with good coordination and communication skills
• Team player, proactive, well-organized and attentive to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure independently
