Job Duties:

• Responsible for execution follow-up and documentation work for transactions.
• Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research.
• Assist in conduct financial analysis and due diligence and preparing deal structures.
• Assist in preparing presentation material for transactions projects.
• Assist team head or above in ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• University degree, with accounting, finance,  and legal or related background is definitely is a plus.
• Knowledge in analyzing financial statement and building financial model is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong report writing skills and willing to work overtime and under pressure.
• Analytical, self-motivated, good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office including Powerpoint, MS Word and MS Excel is a must.
• Candidates with working experience in audit, corporate finance, legal,finance and accounting field with more experience may be considered for the post of Corporate Finance Associate.
• Less experience or Fresh graduate candidate will also be considered.
