Scope of the Role

• Reports to Director of Corporate Finance
• Extensive experience in financial analysis and financial valuation including preparation of
  • Financial business models, capex, group financial performance, investment returns, due diligence, property valuation, M&A
• Strong understanding of management accounting, statutory accounting and tax implications on financial outcomes
• Ability to think strategically around corporate finance issues and make written recommendations to the Board of Directors and the Leadership Team

Education and experience

• Degree holder in accounting, business, finance, or related discipline preferred
• CPA required, CFA preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial analysis and financial valuation
• Experience in hotel companies highly advantageous
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Cantonese and Mandarin a bonus)
