• Minimum four years’ experience in IPO execution work and ability to lead a small team of junior staff.  Successful track records in listings, either Mainboard or GEM is essential.
• Assist in assessing potential deals, conducting due diligence, executing transactions and maintaining client relationship.
• Experience to handle China-based clients would be an added advantage.
• Handle listing application and transaction related queries raised by SEHK and SFC.
• Prepare financial analysis and perform financial modelling

Monthly base of $48,000 to 58,000 plus year-end bonus
