The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably relating to law and/or finance and have a good command of both English and Putonghua. They are expected to be able to work under pressure. Attractive package commensurate with experience and qualifications would be offered to the right candidate. With sufficient experience the Paralegal will have the opportunity to be promoted to the position of Senior Corporate Finance Paralegal with a remuneration package comparable to solicitors.

Responsibilities:

• assisting in different corporate transactions, especially IPOs and M&As
• in particular, assisting in due diligence, verification, drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• handling ad hoc assignments relating to corporate practice
