HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Financial Planning: Participates in the development of financial and operational plans through an annual planning process (forecasting, budgeting, inventory planning)
• Financial Reporting: Provides reporting and analysis of financial, operating and sales data on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
• Facilitate a better understanding of the drivers of our business and supporting decisions on future investments
• This will be a “roll-up-the-sleeves” person who will help to improve business processes as the organization grows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting
• MUST be proficient in English and Chinese
• Must be comfortable working in a global environment, across multiple time zones
• Highly proficient in Excel, MS Office, and financial software applications (Oracle, Host Analytics and Tableau a plus)
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages a plus
• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
• A hunger for complex problem solving and continual growth and learning
