Position Summary:

Build on and execute the communication plan(s) to highlight and convey the scope and opportunity of Bentley’s charitable giving both internally and externally. Manage and implement program outreach opportunities for colleagues to participate in. The position will be a paid part-time hourly role and virtually connected.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update, enhance, and execute the corporate initiatives communication plan.
  • Manage the library of corporate initiatives programs and media content.
  • Optimize methods and uses of partner provided content.
  • Manage and schedule information sessions to encourage participation and increase colleague knowledge.
  • Update, refine, and execute an annual plan for content distribution and regular updates.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a communications program and or an English program, possible minor in the STEM fields.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Possess excellent written communication skills, strong creativity, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, have a strong attention to detail, and being willing to learn the functionality and administration of communication systems.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, resourcefulness, and be trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • Ability to drive fast-paced projects and change.
