6. Be responsible for the promotion of “Named Account” deals with the overseas agents in conjunction with the Pricing Manager, and the monitoring of the weekly performance of these deals
7. Direct and supervise the daily sales activities of the Sales Executives in each office with a view to ensuring their focus in developing business with dedicated responsibilities, in co-ordination with the Marketing & Sales Manager of the office
8. Be responsible for ensuring maximum results of “multiplier effects” from new nominations shippers of the overseas agents are to be achieved
9. Be responsible for ensuring maximum results of “multiplier effects” from new Freehand consignees of shippers effected to the overseas agents are to be achieved
10. Monitor the follow-up with nomination shippers by the Operations and Documentation Department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Operation Manual
11. Be responsible for the preparation of Monthly Market Reports to overseas agents, in conjunction with the Marketing & Sales Manager(s) of each office
12. Direct and supervise the attendance at Fairs and Exhibitions, in collaborations with the Marketing & Sales Manager of the office concerned
13. Plan and co-ordinate the overseas visits of Sales Executives of the offices, in collaboration with the Marketing & Sales Manager / General Manger of the offices subject to the approval of Management

• At least 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Overseas Business Development experience is preferred.
• CET 6 or above.
• Bachelor is preferred.
• Hard working, willing to work overtime / under pressure
• Presentable out looking
• Good English speaker
