Job Description:


1. To provide an analysis based on the combination of the industrial data and the marketing data for Corporate M&S General Manager reference

2. To ensure that all the systems and policies of the Group are properly followed.

3. To implement the marketing business objective and the marketing strategies in order to achieve steady growth.

4. To be responsible for the promotion of "Name Account" in accordance with brand strategy and customer positioning to broaden the customer foundation of the Company

5. To promote the various products and services of the Company, the market rate and news to overseas principals and agents in the purpose of business growth

6. To improve market share by developing new business and lasting service upgrade.

7. To stipulate business model by establishing good inter-party relationship in co-ordination with oversea agents/customers, carriers, OP, Sales as well as Pricing and sharing market information

8. To carry out independent telephone contact with nominations shippers and freehand consignees in order to enhance their relationships with the Company, and in particular to carry out the repeat shipment tracking function, with positive findings to be advised to the Marketing and Sales Manager of the office and the overseas agents concerned.

9. To assist M&S GM to establish the sales & customer management systems in order to maintain the marketing regularization.

10. To be in charge of the key agents/customers to explore new business opportunities within the business scope and be responsible for ensuring maximum results of multiple effect from agents/customers to be achieved for business growth

11. To be responsible for the preparation of Monthly Market Reports to overseas agents, in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales Manager(s) of each office.

12. To be accountable for the organization, division of department in order to implement the action plan

13. To propose the department budget and execute the budget approved well in order to control operational cost in a reasonable rate

14. To formulate the operational procedures and last the improvement for the managerial level upgraded.

15. To participate in the establishment of the department appraisal system in order for incentive force to the strategic goals.

16. To cultivate and micro-manage the operational activities for the business objectives and the competitive strength


Requirements:

1. University graduate or above, preferably in English, International Trade;

2. Minimum 8 years M&S working experiences preferably in shipping or freight forwarding company with 5 year experience at supervisory or managerial level.

3. Have solid experience in Marketing Promotion

4. Good command of written and spoken English. Preferred CET 6 or above.

5. Independent and aggressive

6. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills;
