Job Description:

• To be responsible for the continual development of business with the overseas agents of the Company with an annual growth target.
• To direct and supervise the daily sales activities of the Sales Executives in each China office with a view to ensure their focus in developing business with the dedicated overseas agents.
• To be responsible for ensuring maximum results of creating multiplier business from company’s resource as ‘Nomination Shipper’, ‘Freehand Consignee’ with China offices’ sales and overseas agents.
• To carry out independent telephone contacts with nomination shippers and freehand consignees in order to enhance their relationships with the Company.
• To be responsible for the promotion of the company rate deals with the overseas agents in conjunction with the Pricing Manager, and the monitoring of the weekly performance of these deals.
• To ensure that sales leads received and dispatched are monitored closely with the offices and the overseas agents concerned.
• To be responsible for the preparation of Monthly Marketing Reports to overseas agents, in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales Manager(s) of each office.
• To direct and supervise the attendance at Fairs and Exhibitions, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Manager of the office concerned.
• To plan and co-ordinate the overseas visits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
• 5 years or above related working experiences
• Good command of spoken and written English

• Highly motivated, persistent, results oriented
