Job Summary

                

The ANZ Payroll Solutions Team Analyst will assist with and provide support to the Team Lead for ANZ payroll daily operation. This role is key to assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of ANZ payroll newhire process, ensure the timeline and accuracy meet the standard requirement.
  • Facilitate and undertake the ongoing administration and support of “Ask Payroll” & Input File workflow within Service Now, ensure all enquires and files are responded too or processed within the required time frames.
  • Act as a back-up for other Payroll process including but not limited to Allowances processing, Terminations as well as transactional Mid-Month and Month-End Payroll tasks
  • Assist with the education and training of new GS China ANZ Payroll Team Members.
  • Effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives/projects. Support the quality assurance and ensure the process metrics are adhered too.
  • Correct execution and maintenance of validation for all required internal controls.
