The Corporate Planning Capabilities group has an exciting opportunity available to lead a new corporate data transformation team as a Director Planning Data Governance
The Director Planning Data Governance will be our leader in data quality, operations and management across worldwide planning functions and its functional touch points. The candidate will work with corporate planning and other executives to establish the vision for managing data as a business asset. In the role, the selected candidate, will establish a comprehensive data governance strategy, set and execute corporate planning data governance priorities to enable business decision making, effective cross-org performance and accountability. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of data pipeline engineers that will own end to end data quality for demand, supply, inventory, and product. The organization will ensure as-is quality and design is understood and through disciplined management and organizational structure will transforms to our operational quality to the desired to be state. Of particular challenge will be the planning integration of internal and external factories as well as foundry services.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work with corporate planning and other executives to establish the vision for managing data as a business asset - to exploit data using research and analytics to maximize the return on data assets
Develop methods to ensure consistent application and use of analytics. Establish the governance of data and algorithms used for analysis, analytical applications and automated decision making
Foster the creation of a data-driven culture, related competencies, and data literacy across the enterprise - lead these transformation efforts
Define and own the comprehensive data governance strategy and roadmap implementation/ execution for internal/external/foundry corporate planning
Establishment of the joint Data Governance structure in partnership with technology development, manufacturing, supply chain operations, and Information technology
Oversight and ownership of quality monitors and performance to support the integrity of the overall corporate planning design - focused on business outcomes
Responsibility for certifying sources and defining accountability for data flows
Management and development of a team of pipeline data experts across demand, supply, inventory and product subject areas
Influence and drive data quality certification compliance across operations
Drive truth and trust into a robust measurement-based process across all critical data elements required for planning SNOE, SNOP and Long Range Planning.
Stakeholder and collaboration management, this role recognizes that data is shared, and good governance includes coordination of departmental or cross-functional teams as well as communication within the organization and outward to other internal groups
This role will ensure all data assets have clear definition of what to do, who does it, why it needs to be done, and how it should be done.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field of study.
10+ years in Supply Chain, Product Planning or related work experience managing direct reports
10+ years of relevant experience in data governance and process design transformation
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent is preferred
Master's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, Supply Chain or related field of study
Understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program
PMP Certified or equivalent
Experience with modern Project Management tools and methodologies
Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean Six Sigma Certifications a plus)
Knowledge of Semiconductor Supply Chain

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
