The main purpose of the Corporate Product Specialist is to support country
Brand Manager with administrative / operative activities regarding to Product
Management department. Support Brand Manager and sales team to meet sales and
marketing objectives, help execute and follow up of plans and build reports.
Responsibilities
• Control and maintenance of the inventory on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate with operations and logistic teams the arrival, transit and
replenishments.
• Prepare reports on behalf country brand manager regarding competitors and
market analysis.
• Support demand planning and business management tools.
• Manage Government regulations to commercialize new products in country
(NOMs).
• Be a key player between sales, pricing, operations, fulfillment and product
teams.
• Follow up of products’ life cycle.
• Support product launch campaigns and events.
• Execute the forecasted sales orders in the Lenovo’s internal systems.
• Control and follow up of demos´ equipment.
• Develop product presentations and materials for sales force.
• Support research and analyze data.
#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, system engineering or similar.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain areas or similar.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical specs.
• Processes and results oriented.
• Experience meeting tight deadlines. Resilience working under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excel and English advanced.
