Main Responsibility: 

Manage and supervise garment quality in multiple garment factory locations producing product for international brands

1. Audit and manage daily production quality through in line control & AQL auditing process. To be responsible to establish and manage / maintain an effective quality assurance system in the factories.
2. Support daily production quality standards that align with each customers requirement. Ensure the production units have clear agreed standards following Tristate procedures. (QST ABC)
3. Liaison with customers’ quality teams as required to establish good working relationships and full understanding of their quality standards.
4. Provide quality analysis and preventive actions through statistical data and to achieve quality KPIs;
5. Train and support plant quality teams and monitor their performance for improvement planning giving training as required in a systematic way.
6. To establish the root cause of quality issues and establish sustainable corrective action / training for line QCs and foremen.
7. To have good technical knowledge to support through product development to production (P2L) 

Qualification requirement:  

1. Relevant college / bachelor’s degree, fluency in spoken & written English
2. Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience working in garment technical and quality control management in manufacturing for premium European Brands. With a good understanding of patterns and end to end product manufacturing life cycle.
3. Strong outerwear product knowledge and soft tailoring for ladies and men’s and an appreciation of children’s wear product safety requirements.
4. Strong commercial awareness, and detailed understanding of sourcing- and supply chain processes.
5. Self-motivation and drive to work effectively independently with minimal supervision
6. Systematic thinking and process driven, strong analytical capability.
