This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Corporate Real Estate Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • You will support business case development for investments and other transactions
  • You will support our lease administration operations, including analysis of critical dates, contract options, reconciliations, etc.
  • You will support data analysis and creation of ad-hoc reports supporting new workplace strategy and other high-priority initiatives
  • You will support IT migration activities including requirement specification for our contract management and lease administration platforms
  • You will support our budget process, including alignment of customer demands with financial assumptions

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers:

  • You have excellent PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software (including but not limited to MS PowerBI)

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • You are in the process of completing an undergraduate degree (rising junior/senior) majoring in business or a related field (ideally with coursework in real estate)
  • You have demonstrated the ability to collaborate in a team structure, across functions to help reach group milestones
  • You have strong interest in Corporate Real Estate
  • You must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Permanent work authorization and F1 candidates will be considered
  • Must feel comfortable working in a fully virtual environment
  • Must be local to Malvern, PA office (50 miles or less) or east coast based

Start date: May 2021 or ASAP; 3-4 month duration.
