Job Description

APP Mobility seeking energetic and conscientious real estate professionals looking to broaden their expertise in corporate real estate & relocation services.  The position requires individuals who enjoy working with clients of diverse professional, cultural and personal backgrounds and an interest in consultative sales.

 Job Description:

  • Manage the real estate and relocation requirements of corporate clients from arrival to final settling in;
  • Be the single point of contact to client and provide advice on all aspects of the relocation;
  • Source residential properties and ensure property listings are current and
  • Assist client with home search, tenancy agreements, property inspections, check-in services and more.

Requirements:

  • EAA License Holder;
  • Fluent in English written and oral;
  • Hospitality or client-service experience ;
  • Experience in the HK real estate market;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and strong communication skills and
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Office
