THE AMGEN CAPABILITY CENTER IN LISBON, PORTUGAL (ACCP) will be home to over 300 multi-national and multi-cultural employees, representing a broad range of cross functional capabilities, including Commercial, General and Administrative, Research and Development and more. What you will do

As recruiter, you will work in our capabilities center in Lisbon, supporting recruitment activities in different countries. Your focus will be our site in the Netherlands, where our medicines are labelled, assembled, stored and eventually shipped to various countries worldwide. With a wide variety of roles in different departments, we need you to be a true business partner for our internal clients. Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes. After the job intake with the hiring manager you will determine the recruitment strategy, provide market insights and source candidates both internally and externally. You will be involved in interviews and be an advisor to the manager to hire the best talent.
  • Develop unique, creative and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve the Amgen employer brand.
  • Focus on proactive networking for key-roles in manufacturing, supply chain, sales and information systems and provide a diverse short list of candidates.
  • Make sure new hires are processed in the HR system and are ready for onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the international team to improve processes, work on general topics and share best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment activities. Preferably a balance between corporate and agency experience.
  • Pro-active, innovative and a true recruitment partner for hiring managers.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Curiosity to understand the business needs and market trends.
  • Fluency in English.
