As a Bay Area Site CS Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Operations of the Bay Area site as well as site services and infrastructure. This includes all facilities operations at our Santa Clara and San Jose campuses in addition to front-of-house operations and services at our Bowers campus.
  • Provide high quality and on-time services and solutions performed in a safe, cost effective, and environmentally conscious manner resulting in world class customer feedback results.
  • Ensure our services and assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
  • Develops budgets, controls costs, and coordinates service providers and staff activities.
  • Extensive interaction with internal and external customers is required to ensure seamless delivery of these services to world class standards.
  • Coordinates 24/7 emergency response to avoid service interruptions as needed
  • Manages and coaches' staff and suppliers to deliver excellent service levels within budget.
  • Researches and implements new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives.
  • Facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis.
  • Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversees management of capital projects.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar discipline
  • 12+ years of combined experience in engineering, facilities, operations, and/or project/program management.
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Experience managing operations for critical environments.
