The Corporate Solutions New Digital Innovation and Transformation Officer will drive growth by transforming the organization's traditional analog businesses into digital ones, with a special focus on creating new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
He/she shall liaise with local IT, AIA Technology Shared Services (TSS) and all other digital and transformation teams in Philam Group relating to CS.

• Manages strategic and BAU projects.

• Act as the liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.

• Develop, manage, monitor and implement the group’s digital strategy in line with objectives and priorities.

• Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of the stakeholders.

• Create and embed a prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new opportunities

• Implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centered

• Coordinate all aspects of a diverse, multi-disciplinary transformation project which may involve multiple functions and / or departments within AIA Philam.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements  

• Design & deliver agency distribution related technology based on schedule
• Meeting service level agreements
• Customer satisfaction & engagement to platforms productivity

Minimum Requirement:

• College graduate with a degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably with information technology discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in information technology, and or digital innovation and transformation in a life insurance or financial institution; with an experience in leading digital service operations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

• Excellent planning and organizing skills
