Corporate Strategy Office (CSO) at Intel defines, develops, and leads implementation of new strategies to harness the power of industry-shaping disruptions and to transform Intel into a data-centric company.

The Corporate Strategy and Long-Range Planning team within the CSO is leading the key corporate strategic discussions at Intel. We are chartered with both identifying the forces shaping Intel's future and the strategic inflections points they are creating, as well as defining Intel's response to those. We translate strategic questions into distinct initiatives that deliver growth through actionable strategies.

We are looking for a structured thinker and enthusiastic self-starter who will support developing fact-based models to inform, validate and articulate key corporate strategies. You will apply your business acumen to analyze raw data, assess quantitative and qualitative trends across strategic market segments- including business, customer, technology, financial and competitive aspects and synthesize your findings into strategic recommendations. You will work with internal and external subject-matter experts, CSO office leadership and various stakeholders across Intel to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best insights to make disruptive business decisions.

As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will:

  • Help us define the future of Intel. You will work with subject matter experts to evaluate different strategic options, assess trade-offs, and develop winning strategies that accelerate Intel's growth.

  • Think big and be creative We solve complex and ambiguous problems. You will provide detailed guidance and scenarios into organic and inorganic strategic opportunities through rigorous market and financial analysis including market assessment, business case, synergies, build vs. buy modeling, ROI etc.

  • Be a thought-partner We work with internal and external stakeholders including Corporate Finance, Business Units, M&A teams, Intel Capital. You will build great relationships to effectively gather subject matter expert input, align leadership team and drive to actions.

In addition, you will have the following skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in an innovative, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute

  • Exceptionally strong personal initiative, good business instincts, and comfort with ambiguity

  • Demonstrated thought leadership and cross-group collaboration skills


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering and 6+ years of overall experience OR Master’s or MBA degree and 4+ years of overall experience

  • 4+ years of industry experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, corporate development, finance, management consulting or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience working with software and semiconductor technology markets, trends, and dynamics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in and navigating a large corporation (ideally Fortune 100)

  • Experience working with and demonstrating leadership in a highly matrixed team

Inside this Business Group

Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.  To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation.  Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development.  The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$107,450.00-$161,050.00
