Corporate Strategy Office (CSO) at Intel defines, develops, and leads implementation of new strategies to harness the power of industry-shaping disruptions and to transform Intel into a data-centric company. Portfolio Management team in CSO org plays a critical role to assess the incubation, transformation, productivity, and performance investments across Intel. In addition, we lead special initiatives where we develop fact-based models to inform, validate and articulate potential new strategic portfolio moves to achieve Intel's growth aspirations of 100Bn+ USD.

We are looking for a structured thinker and enthusiastic self-starter who will support developing fact-based models to inform, validate and articulate key corporate strategies. You will apply your business acumen to analyze raw data, assess quantitative and qualitative trends across strategic market segments- including business, customer, technology, financial and competitive aspects and synthesize your findings into strategic recommendations. You will work with internal and external subject-matter experts, CSO office leadership and various stakeholders across Intel to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best insights from data to make disruptive business decisions.

As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will:

  • Help us define the future of Intel We are looking to grow beyond 100Bn+ USD. You will work with subject matter experts to assess strategic growth opportunities that accelerate Intel's mission and help us make the right investment decisions.

  • Think big and be creative We solve complex and ambiguous problems. You will provide detailed guidance and scenarios into organic and inorganic strategic opportunities through rigorous market and financial analysis including market assessment, business case, synergies, build vs. buy modeling, ROI etc.

  • Be a thought-partner We work with internal and external stakeholders including Corporate Finance, Business Units, M&A teams, Intel Capital. You will build great relationships to effectively gather subject matter expert input, align leadership team and drive to actions.

  • Evangelize and communicate persuasively Create concepts, frameworks, recommendations that are impossible to ignore. You will communicate effectively to the executive management and the board through data and customer-backed insights.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Experience working in an innovative, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute.

  • Self-starter attitude, good business instincts, and comfort with ambiguity

  • Excitement about learning new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business intelligence and data analysis

  • Demonstrated thought leadership and cross-group collaboration skills

  • Communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering or related field.

  • 3+ years of industry experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, corporate development, finance, equity researcher, management consulting working in a US base technology company.

  • Knowledge of Enterprise IT Software (e.g. VMWare suite, Redhat etc.) or cloud platforms (like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP)  or the SW technology ecosystem (e.g. SIs such as Accenture, Tech Mahindra, or CDN Providers such as Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, or platform providers such as DataDog, Dynatrace) or Networking SW experience (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Menlo Security).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Hypothesis-driven, problem solving orientation with ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive decision making.

  • Experience with synthesize structured and unstructured data into a narrative and insights.

Inside this Business Group

Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.  To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation.  Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development.  The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
