1.Monitor macro and semiconductor market trends
2.Analyze general outlook, growth trends, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, key success factors, and opportunities/threats for MTK in target markets
3.Benchmark MTK’s peers in different markets from finance, business and technology angles
4.Identify emerging technology/innovation trends, and resulting opportunities for MTK
5.Identify strategic M&A and investment opportunities and drive execution
6.Manage/facilitate MTK strategic agenda via weekly Executive Office meetings
7.Assist in Group AOP/LTP process, preparation, and follow-up
8.Collaborate with BU, FU and Management on project-specific topics
9.Prepare both internal and external executive communication and events

1.Marketing or sales experience with a solid technical background
2.Strong analytical and communication capabilities; advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
3.High intellectual curiosity and brain power; self-starter; ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proactive attitude and end-product orientation
4.Bilingual in English and Chinese
5.Knowledge in semiconductor value chain (upstream or downstream) a plus
6.Knowledge in finance (financial analysis, valuation modeling) a plus
7.Undergraduate degree from a top institution; advanced degree in science, engineering, or MBA preferred
