Position Description:
Strategy Operations
• Build robust and effective corporate cadence
• Develop and drive strategic agenda for Senior Leadership meetings
• Lead Cross-team collaboration on content preparation
• Track and work towards closure on follow-up action items
• Plan and facilitate executive meetings
Quarterly Earning preparation
• Provide in-depth financial and business analytics
• Develop business performance content for quarterly earnings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging alignment

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in BA or related
• At least 8 years of experience in leading strategy and operations projects
at in a Corporate Strategy Team or a consulting firm.
• Strength in financial and business analytics
• Experience in close engagement with senior executives
• Excellent English and Chinese (written & verbal)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced dynamic business environment
• Technology industry experience preferred
• Comms and IR background preferred
• Global experience preferred
