Job Description
Kerry Logistics is one of the leading 3PL logistics provider in Asia. We are looking for a full time business English in-house trainer and this trainer actually have two roles. One role is to support management for adhoc English proofreading and the other role is business English training. Anyone interested can contact us.
Responsiblities of the job are:
Main purpose of the job: To ensure the provision of training programs to support and develop clearly defined business outcomes. To design, administer and evaluate training programs according to the requirements of business departments. To support all business departments and functions with appropriate training to enable them to achieve business related objectives. To observe, advise, coach, support and motivate as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development
o To consult with training team to improve catalogue of training programs
o To be pro-actively involved with the design, delivery and assessment of training programs
2. Business English
o To upgrade English language business communication skills including but not limited to email and report writing, presentation skills, meetings negotiation, etc.
o To provide training to the senior management team as requested
o To provide training to business teams as requested
3. Proofreading and editing
o To support top management for adhoc duties at any time (including weekends, holidays and non-office hours) with a rapid response time
o To provide excellent polishing of important business documents
o To provide excellent support to the secretarial and business development teams
4. General
o To be pro-active in seeking regular communication with colleagues
o To maintain peer credibility and lead by example
o To conduct yourself in a manner appropriate for a Chinese multinational working environment
