Job Description

Corporate PR contents development for media communication
- Develop local press materials including press release, advertorial, press kits and other media pitching materials based on PR calendar
- Lead and collaborate with PR agency to develop media communication messages that can cater to different tastes by media outlets.
- Attentively monitor and control the quality of media communication materials to ensure the timely and effective delivery of key messages in a structured manner
Internal communications and publication management
- Develop executives’ message for internal events – e.g. townhall, holidays, year-end and etc.- and upon crisis/issues situation
- Plan and produce internal newsletter as monthly communication vehicles for employees
- Review the in-line channel and identify further channel or vehicles to effectively communicate in bi-lateral ways
Supporting the planning and execution of corporate PR activities
- Support corporate PR activities to identify media relevant topics across BU’s and company
- Develop the annual PR calendar in line with company’s business plan
Crisis/issue management
- Actively engage with media amid the risk situation by effectively delivering company’s official positioning to maintain the share of voice and to protect the company
- Monitor and analyze critical media articles and regularly circulate the report to management group
Media relationship management
- Identify and update the contact list of media and journalist designated to the company/industry
- Be the primary contact person of the journalists for corporate topic related inquiry and proactively provide the media valued information
- Follow up the publication of media articles based on press release materials, feature stories and advertorials with individual journalist to maximize positive coverages
