• cultivate a shared vision of our firm's internal narrative
• ensure timely delivery of an accessible, eloquent and balanced news offering in our firm's tone of voice and house style through a variety of online media
• couple strategic and editorial insights with continued innovation, including in the field of analytics, to ensure standards, oversight and processes are maintained
• foster employee engagement in our firm and the achievement of its goals
• liaise closely with, and act as a trusted advisor to, internal stakeholders across all regions, divisions and functions – at all levels from intern to executive
• educate colleagues about effective and correct use of language and other editorial matters
• act as a role model for others, in particular other members of our team and department
