Be responsible for handing costing issues independence, including but not limited to:

1. Handle month close costing section, including costs related accounting entries and MFG variance (PPV, scrap, E&O and so on) flux analysis

2. Monthly MFG variance forecast and bridge analysis

3. Quarterly standard cost update, labor and OH rate calculation

4. Inventory cycle count and physical count audit

5. Inventory flux analysis and reconciliation

6. Cost reduction analysis and KPI calcualtion

7. Coordinate with external (PWC) and internal(SOX) audit

8, Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline

2. At least 6 years costing related experience in multinational manufacturing companies.

3. Good oral English communication skills Strong analytics and team player with a unique combination of finance and systems knowledge.

4. Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.

5. Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills,

7. Good team work spirit Familiar Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase is a plus
