We are looking forward to a Cost Analyst in Eaton’s Golf business, based in Tainan, Taiwan. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for monthly forecast and related analysis, inclusive of material price variance (PPV), Material Usage Variance (MUV), sales volume/COGS analysis, cost out project alignment with P&L account. Assist plant controller in development of annual profit plan (focus on PPV/MUV, sales volume and cost out project) In charge cost simulation for new product as well as sales team's requirement for price quotation Balance sheet Reconciliation in compliance with SOX. Prepare weekly & monthly inventory closing, as well as E&O accrual/CONC Prepare COGS monthly report for tax filing Review monthly forecast inventory & DoH data, work with SCM team for any necessary analysis & action needed Lead annual cycle count & related system update Business partner (BP) with SCM, OPEX and QC team Qualifications BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required. 5 years of professional/manufacturing experience; 2-3 years in cost accountant role is a plus. Technical Knowledge Experience to finish monthly closing independently/ auditing. Understanding of GAAP, knowledge for standard costing is a plus. EXCEL/ word/ Outlook experience Soft skills Proactive personality to work with people and has strong willingness to learn. Fluent English in reading and writing, oral speaking is plus. Yes!
