CS Central Engineering owns the strategic and systematic development, standardization, implementation, and measurement of key central engineering functions to drive efficiency, reliability, and world class cost optimization to support our global facilities portfolio. The scope of the Central Engineering Organization within Corporate Services consists of asset management, cost engineering, enabling growth, and automation.
As our facility cost analytics and integration program manager, you will partner and collaborate with facility groups, as well as the sustainability, energy conservation and finance teams to drive documentation, quantification and cost reduction roadmaps for 2023-2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the identification and implementation of new structural cost savings in our lab, fab and office facilities. Integrate these opportunities and resource requirements into a consolidated 4 year cost savings roadmap
Partner with facilities and factory stakeholders to support and accelerate the proliferation of existing project savings opportunities
Develop facility and factory tool total cost of ownership and other cost models to support the identification and prioritization of cost reduction opportunities
Develop and execute a transfer process for existing project opportunities
Develop cost reduction strategy and implement across CS key deliverables and measure reduction in operational costs
Qualifications
Qualifications:
BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or any other facility related engineering discipline.
7+ years of experience working in facilities, factory, or environmental engineering
7+ years of experience in stakeholder management and excellent collaboration skills with the CSCE management team, CSET chairs and members, discipline area managers and site managers
7+ years of experience influencing processes and change with senior management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing and executing organizational strategies and roadmaps
Passion for partnership and service delivery
Project management knowledge and experience
Able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
