Scope of Position
This position entails conducting continuous analysis of food and beverage costs and comparing them to Sales revenues to ensure proper preparation, production, portioning and pricing of menu items. Additional responsibilities include controlling inventories, maintaining accurate inventory records, serving as a liaison between the Materials Management and F&B Departments, producing statistical reports and assisting in the development of product specifications and standardized recipes.
Requirements
Educational level:
? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Food Service Management
Work experience:
? Two + years experience in Food and Beverage Cost Control or Accounting
Job knowledge:
? Good knowledge of food and beverage products, receiving and storage procedures, production
? Good organizational and communication skills
? Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
? Working knowledge of computer software to include inventory maintenance & All Windows applications
? Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel
? Working Knowledge of CHECK EAM and Sun Systems a plus
? Good command of English and Mandarin

? 具有一定独立工作的能力及个人素质
? 可适应灵活的工作时间, 包括在周末和节假日上班
? 熟练运用CHECK EAM软件或类似系统,以及所有以Windows为系统平台的相关软件。
? 精通Excel操作。
? 熟识CHECK EAM和SUN系统软件
? 中文和英文良好
