Cost Control Officer
The Cost Control Officer is responsible to assist in monitoring the hotel inventories, the cost of sales and assisting the implementation of internal cost controls.

What you will be doing:

• Accounting designation or enrollment in a recognized Accounting Program.
• Assist the Cost Controller to prepare and analyze hotel costs on a monthly basis and recommend alternatives to improve costs.
• Assist the Cost Controller to establish and maintain a database for the hotel's inventory stock including up-to-date pricing.
• Assist the Cost Controller establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for the hotel.
• Assist in the monthly inventories count.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous hotel accounting experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Two years experience 
• Familiarity with Financials System, FMC, SUN Reporting System, Micros POS and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• Must be self-motivated and possess a high degree of analytical ability and confidentiality, and work in a safe, prudent and organized matter.
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
