*To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and Receiving and to
assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum.
*Conduct monthly inventory taking of food, beverage and other storeroom items.
*Conduct every six months inventory taking of chinaware, glassware, silverwares and linen.
*Conduct spot check of beverage at the bar.
*Conduct market price survey in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and Kitchen Leader.
*Do monthly costing and ensure prompt submission of all month-end reports.
Work Experience
•Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
•To act as a professional activity including all activities involved in obtaining materials at minimum costs.
•Familiar with Materials Control System dan Ms. Office
