• The Cost Controller is responsible for the storage, inventory and safe keeping of all stock and fixed assets of the Hotel.
• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of cost control, Store rooms and Receiving and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum
• Prepare food & beverage cost calculation on a weekly basis and at month end. Prepare and analyze usage reports at month end.
• Organize the monthly inventory procedures in all outlets of the Hotel and verify inventory count sheets.
Work Experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge in SUN system and MC system will be an added advantage
• Meticulous and positive working attitude
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
