This top tier Client in the Asia region due to expansion is seeking for a Contract Manager/Quantity Surveyor to manage their current and upcoming projects.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering or equivalent  
• 8+ years and above in project experience with Hotels, Residential and Infrastructure projects with Developers, Contractors or Consultancies
• Responsibilities include work order valuation, measurements and quantity assessments, billing quantities and overseeing project team members on all claims and payment verifications

Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and English and those with a professional chartered membership will be preferred
