Position: Customer Service Manager
Workload: 40 hours/week

Ideal Candidate:

1. AMERICAN nationality only
2. 5+ years in customer service, including at least 2 years in team management (team size ≥10).
3. Experience in customer service management at multinational or tech companies, with familiarity in global service workflow.
4. Proven track record in driving service process improvements or technology upgrades (e.g., system migration, automation tools)
