We are looking for a passionate analyst with an aptitude for business processes and systems, who is energized by new challenges such as learning new technical skills on the job.

The Cost analyst key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inventory and reserves valuation,

• Cost per unit calculation,

• Volume and spending monitoring,

• Processes related to tasks with the system for costing.

• Partnership with teams around the world, including the business unit's finance team, the division planning team, and taskforces responsible for driving cost efficiencies.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• Feel comfortable in dealing with a non-standardized and ambiguous environment.

• Close partnership and collaboration with multiple partners.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

• The candidate must possess or must be pursuing (advanced student) a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

• 1+ year of experience in finance processes

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Microsoft Excel)

• Basic Power BI and SQL experience or knowledge.

• Advanced English level: verbal, writing and reading

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior OPEX/Cost experience or knowledge

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
