Counter service officer

Our client, a sizable local bank is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their elite team.

Main responsibilities:

• Delivering quality counter service in compliance with banking policy and regulations
• Performing general banking service and transaction with efficiency
• Deliver banking services and solutions by understanding customer needs and making appropriate referrals
• Assisting in back end administrative duties

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above (Obtained HKCEE/ HKDSE)
• Minimum 1 year of banking branch experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Detailed minded, able to work independently and mature
• Candidates with solid experience will be considered as senior teller
