Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Responsible to harmonize, standardize and digitalize the OTO process Provides support (focus FI) for the sales team and/or the customer; coordinates multimodality deal escalations if necessary Generate contract and negotiate terms and conditions with the customer (w/ support of Legal) Confirm payment obligation and update the standard local costs (installation, application, warranty, freight, accessories cost); Provide customer credit and finance solution Implementing aligned pricing strategy (Price erosion and Target Fulfilment review) Ensure all risks and costs related to delivery are appropriately factored in pricing for each project Ensure compliance necessary approvals from Treasury, Taxes & Legal are obtained relating to a project Commercial and legal contract review Requests maintenance of customer master data Performs customer credit check and clarifies any export control checks/issues Generates Non-Binding and Binding Offers along provision of any bid security Generates order confirmations and Performance guaranties Review of Letter of Credits, follow-up on any amendments required Submission of LC conform documents to the Bank for payment processing Creates, completes, and executes the WBS project and SD contract in the ERP (SAP) system Generates down payment requests and Execution of invoicing (based on agreed payment conditions in sales contract), Issuing of credit notes - if required Monitoring order costs and processing of nonconformance costs (w/ respective escalation) Ensure proper and timely revenue recognition of all performance obligations Check and approval of third-party invoices Verification of balance between order and delivery, and processing of shortfalls - if required Check of warranty conditions and Quarterly Warranty provisioning Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing review of OCC and CCM reports along with necessary adjustments. FLASH, NFCP, NCC and GPR reporting Ensure Project KPI’s are maintained and carryout deliveries vs revenue cross match (Bridge Control). Actively involved in MTA and MBR process; Unit planning, Revenue and GP forecasting. Forecasting for Orders, Revenue, GP, OWC and FTE along with Sales and BPC team Contract modification and renewal Support project team in timely delivery of the systems through, factory reservation, transport arrangements, timely custom clearance and Develops team members and elevates their skillset in order to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTO & OTC; develops talents Your Qualifications and Experience Qualified CA / ACCA is a must 5-7 Years work experience in similar financial / commercial roles Experience in SAP is preferred Experience in Leading teams and dealing with cross finical teams is preferred Good communication skills and ability to take initiative and solve problems independently Excellent Urdu & English is a must Leading Team experience is preferrable GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
