Our Office of Strategy Management serves as business incubator and strategy planner; as members of our OSM, you will be involved in series of research projects on new models of RE business, CRM/CEM, Smart City Solutions, as well as delivering high value investment opportunities in related business Sectors. As for return, you will be working with our OSM members as a team, which is a group of top rated consultants from top tier universities with in-depth industrial expertise and strategy management experience from MNCs.

Every key decision made by the Office of Strategic Management will reach the Board and CEO. Requirements
In General
 A top university degree, Bachelor or Master Degree
 Strong ability in logical thinking with insight of real estate business or related industrial knowledge, e.g. health, education, financial services, etc.
 Excellent quantitative analytical skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Evidence of strong commercial acumen
 Strong oral and written skills in English and Mandarin.

For Strategic Planning Consultant
 Experience in top consulting companies, from consultant to partner level.
 Experience in real estate consulting agencies or research institutes, or any of the following industries are highly preferred: Health, Education, HT, Financial Services, Retails and Consumer Goods industry, etc

For Technological Innovation Consultant
 Experience of project management in top consulting firms
 Experience in construction of comprehensive IT system or implementation of industrial information solution
 Experience in projects related to smart city preferred

For Strategic Investment Consultant
 Experience in Banking, Insurance, Fund management, Securities, Trust, PE highly preferred
 Provide functional expertise to design the capabilities required by the new venture to succeed;
 Familiar with private equity fund regulations
