Job Description

Overall Management of Functional Activities

1 Implements HR policies and procedures which is consistent with the group/regional direction.

2 Supports and enhances HR operations delivery via consulting, advisory, support and guidance to managers on HR matters.


Operations

1 Implements HR operations plan for country in alignment to group/regional HR plans.

2 Reviews and ensures HR policies, procedure and processes in line with company guidelines and local laws

3 Works with local stakeholders on responsive programs for increased employee engagement and harmonious industrial relationships

4 Ensures performance management processes are implemented to create a high performance culture in organization

5 Works closely with regional COEs, GBS and HR counterparts to ensure regional alignment and practice sharing

6 Roll-out Group/Regional HR initiatives and participates in key HR projects as requested


People Management

1 Leads team to provide effective and efficient HR services delivery


Organization Development & Others

1 Makes suggestions and improves HR cost, task allocation and co-work structure to make HR services delivery effective and efficient

2 Supports implementation of organizational change and transformation projects from HR operations perspective


任职要求:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent HR qualification

HR Generalist with at least 5 years' related experience. 3years+ HR partner or HR Manager experience.

Proven track record in delivering HR services and practices in country with international matrix organization/s

Proactive, hands-on, visible across the businesses, with good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge and proven experience in change management, employee engagement, compliance and performance management

Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices

Communication skill in English language (at least reading and writing) is minimum

M&A project experience

Up to 40% travelling to Liaoning Province
