1. Develop and implement strategic business plan to build the strong market position and significant revenue growth of Coffee brands in China, aligned with corporation direction and business goals.

2. Responsible for the achievement of sales and profitability targets and other business targets for China.

3. Demonstrate strong leadership in managing daily operations in compliance with the company policies, standard procedures and legal requirements

1. At least 12 years in FMCG.

2. 8 years’ sales and management experiences.

3. Strong planning and management skills

4. Experience as a business start –up leader, with good knowledge, strong connections and business acumen of the markets insights

5. With a strong will and passion to succeed and able to motivate team to achieve targets
