Our Client, a world-leading online gaming company is currently looking for a Country Manager in the Russian market.

In this role, you have to be responsible to oversee the business performance and development of the Russian market. Define and implement marketing plans and strategies target to the Russian market, including bonus campaign plan, player communication, signing of assets and marketing material. Keep up to date with the market and industry knowledge, work with Business Intelligence department to track mechanisms, conduct evaluation of campaigns in order to improve efficiency and ROI.

The ideal Candidate should have excellent knowledge of the Russian market with minimum 5 years of igaming experiences. A strong self-driven team player with excellent interpersonal skills, communication, planning and troubleshooting skills.
