Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be a country role in developing business, administering, reviewing and implement all administrative policies and procedures in compliance with Headquarter’s requirements.
  • Oversee and manage General Administration and HR functions
  • Formulate and monitor the execution of HR Management policies and procedures
  • Prepare various analysis reports & provide regular reports on time & keep check data recording completeness.
  • Liaise with various departments to meet the Headquarter’s goal and targets
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required
  • Report to Managing Director
  • Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related management disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years printing factory management experience with working experience in offshore factory, with production and technical experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications
  • Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature and high responsibilities
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving capability
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Frequent travel is required
