Country Product Manager / General Instruments

Job Description: The Country Product Manager – General Instrumentation Emission & Thermography will be responsible for developing the strategy and managing all aspects of Product Management which incl. Marketing Communications. Strategic relationships with key accounts in Greater China within High Energy Customers, such as Bao steel, Sinopec, National Cement and Province Smelters etc. as well Governmental Authorities. This role is based in Shanghai that serves the Greater China Region. While reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate is leading motivated Application Specialist as well Marketing Communication Officer. Close work relation with Greater China Sales Team and Headquarters in Germany incl. intends travelling is a must. We offer you to write your own and our successful history further!

Main Responsibilities：

? Responsible the related product‘s order Income as per yearly target while create market needs and market interests. ? Cooperate with sales team to increase and generate the leads under yearly product marketing campiagns or activiies

? Establish and carry out Marketing Plan, based on local needs and Headquarter cooperation ? Establish related sales documents and plan product and technical training to sales, dealers and Endusers

? Manage the Team‘s（Product team）position competence, such as Marketing Specialist and Application Specialist ? Manage all New Product Market launches

? Representation of national interests when new products are designed ? Monitoring the market and, if necessary, influencing relevant national guidelines (lobbying) ? Setting of national list prices

Skills and Qualifications：

? Proven results in high energy industry and / or governmental authorities

? Good product marketing development concept in related industry

? Min. Bachelor degree – MBA preferred.

? Above 12 years product marketing of technical products experience – High Energy/Environmental (Air pollution) related product penetration experience is preferred.

? High English language skills.

? Willingness to travel as needed to support product promotion and technical issue, travel to HQ in Germany as required.
