Major Responsibilities: • compiles and submits packages to Regulatory Authority and Ethics Committees, • customizes Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and other patient-facing materials, • collects essential documents from sites and completes quality check, • completes Investigational Product (IP) release activities and triggers shipments of IP and other supplies, • works with Veeva Vault and various electronic systems on a daily basis. Qualifications • Bachelor´s degree in life sciences, pharmacy or scientific field; • A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical research experience and preferably 1+ years of study start up management experience; • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and operational understanding of the country's regulatory environment; • Native Czech speaker and advanced level of English (speaking and writing) are a must; • Demonstrates exceptional PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience in using study systems (CTMS, eTMF); • strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility, detail-oriented.
