Position Description: •  Build KR eCommerce branding and awareness to target audience via strategy, plan and solid execution. •  Drive effective traffic to Lenovo Korea.com and as well as related etailors to improve conversion rate form shop visit to cart order. •  Develop eCommerce demand generation program to make shoppers choose products over competitors’ by seamless execution of campaign execution, site experience design, and program design (offer and pricing). •  Develop and implement KR eCommerce strategy and global/regional guidance with cross functional teams; Local and Regional Marketing and Web development team. •  Create daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increase business. •  Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance. •  Work closely with manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives. •  Manage media agency and creative agency for campaign implementation. •  Develop eDM strategy and manage execution via global tools •  Develop Media strategy via social networks and related online flatform and manage its execution. #### Position Requirements: •  Bachelor’s degrees or above. •  Minimum 5 years’+ experience in direct ecommerce operation •  Excellent understanding of digital marketing & business planning •  Expert knowledge of digital merchandising (ie., SEM, SEO, eDM, Displays) with 3 years above experience •  Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills •  Experience in managing multifuel 3rd party contracted agency •  Good communication & negotiation skill •  Good English communication (Speaking, Listening, Writing & Reading) ability as daily work requirement •  MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
