Country manager assistant & team administrator
Job description
Assistant Country Manager in daily affairs
Support the sales team on business, e.g. documentation preparation, internal communication during their business trip
Coordinate and resolve commercial complaints and requirements from agents and customers
Reception and communication systems (company call exchange, entrance system control, business cards making etc.) and Office materials management, including demands collection, distribution, record and so on
Foreigner’s affairs (Europe colleagues, interns, and other visitors) invitation and reception, apartment related issue etc.
Other administration work requested by Country Manager
Requirements.
Bachelor education or above
Major in business administration, international affairs, or languages. other majors can be accepted depending on qualification / profile of candidate
Above 2 years’ experience in the position of related work
Skillful at MS office software, especially word, excel, power point and network application
Good in written and oral English
