Coupa System Support Specialist will provide a support in transferring data from Ariba to Coupa for R&D services in Europe and US. Will act in accordance to fast changing environment and will use English on a daily basis.

The position will include support in Ariba and Coupa systems, maintaining electronic documentation and data in the systems. The role can involve different organizational level contacts globally, handling sensitive and confidential information.

The specialist must be conscientious, resilient and exact while working in the systems, with the ability to work with repetitive tasks, while staying collaborative. Fast learner with good analytical and communication skills.

Typical accountabilities:

  • Supports R&D customers in Europe and in US transferring data from Ariba to Coupa  
  • Keeps faultless communication
  • Interacts appropriately with all levels of the organization
  • pro-actively resolves issues and challenges relating to particular requests
  • Maintain and develop expertise in appropriate IT systems (Ariba and Coupa) to ensure efficient use
  • Provides support for R&D Central Business Support  - iBuy Team in specialized systems and processes
  • Plans, organizes, and schedules own workload, so that all activities are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • Accuracy, conscientiousness while working in the systems
  • Capability of proactively prioritizing & managing a high volume of activities
  • Ability to work with repetitive tasks
  • Provide a high quality, professional support service
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing  environmental demands
  • Listening skills
  • Written and spoken English – level B1
  • Ability to work under time pressure and stress resistant

Desirable:

  • Experience in a variety of software/systems
  • Experience in Excel
  • Strong team working
  • Ability to follow global processes
