Job Description:

• Job Description:Promote the sales of cooking & bakery courses and other related services to our new and existing customers.
•  Propose and manage the lesson schedules for our customers. 

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above. 
• Working on shift is required ( From 9:30-18:30 / 13:00-22:00). 
• Good customer service skill and communication skill.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Having cooking skill or sales experience is an advantage.

工作職務：

• 推廣課程及課程咨詢服務
• 接聽查詢電話及接待客人
• 處理及跟進學生的查詢，預約安排導師及學生的上課時間
• 輪班/輪休

入職條件：

• 持大專教育或以上學歷
• 具良好的溝通技巧，
• 親切，誠懇有禮及積極主動的工作態度
• 良好中/英文書寫能力，並能流利的中英文溝通
• 一般電腦操作（Excel及Word運用）及中英文輸入
• 具2年或以上客戶服務工作者優先
