A well established private equity practice group of a US firm. Serving a mix of clients, including: US and international PE houses, conglomerates and sovereign funds.

Description

You will work a team of high calibre lawyers on a range of high-value and complex cross-border PE/M&A transactions involving multi-jurisdictions.

Profile

• 3-7+ PQE
• Solid PE/M&A experience from an international/magic circle/UK firm
• Fluency in English and Mandarin language skills essential
• Qualified in any common law jurisdiction
